Limited use of indoor and outdoor arenas is available. The barn and indoor arena are well lit for your convenience. Other features include a climate-controlled observation room, heated restroom, wash stall with hot and cold water and tack room. Daily turnout is available.

Chestnut Lane offers pasture boarding with run-in sheds, covered grooming areas and private lockers. The 28-stall barn, for those desiring indoor boarding, features an automatic watering system as well as an automatic fly-spray system. The indoor arena is 180’ X 80’ and the outdoor arena is 200’ X 100’.
